Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel your appointment. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee of your appointment cost. This helps us cover the cost of our time and resources. No Show Policy: We value your time and ours. If you miss your appointment without letting us know, we will charge a no-show fee of 50% of your appointment cost. Late Policy: We understand that sometimes things happen and you may be running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten your appointment. This helps us stay on schedule and provide the best service possible to all of our clients. Payment Policy: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. If you are unable to pay at the time of service, please let us know in advance so we can make other arrangements.
